We built ExcelSkillsHub because we saw a gap: too many learners were being let down by large, impersonal providers where they were just a number on a spreadsheet. Support was slow, assessors were overstretched, and the learner's progress came second to enrolment targets.
We wanted to do it differently — small cohorts, personally assigned tutors, and a genuine commitment to every learner's outcome. Being new means we are agile, responsive, and hungry to prove ourselves. Every learner matters deeply to us, because our reputation is being built one qualification, one skill, one career at a time.
